Auto Sync: When enabled, automatically syncs data every minute and when changes are detected in your podcast data.

Manual Sync: Use "Sync Now" to immediately upload your current data to the cloud.

Replace Local: Download and replace all your local data with the current cloud data. Use this if you want to restore from a backup or sync from another device.

Replace Cloud: Upload and replace all cloud data with your current local data. Use this if you want to overwrite the cloud with your local changes.

Security: Your data is encrypted and only accessible with the sync code. Sync sessions remain active until manually disabled.
